THINK FOOD SAFTEY is our central theme to both our retail and wholesale growing operation. We are in the business of growing food that people eat and must keep that in mind in every aspect of what we do. We want our customer to benefit from the highest nutritional value of our produce without any safety risks.
Successful growing starts with a cleanly seeding process. We clean and sanitize everything before use to reduce harmful molds and fungi. We sanitize the entire greenhouse space before transplanting. We wear rubber gloves to eliminate the spread of plant and human bacterial diseases. We keep growing areas clean of debris at all times. We use only Organic certified products for pest and fungus control. At harvest time, we clean and sanitize everything that comes in contact with our produce. Every piece of piece of edible produce that leaves our farm will meet our mission statement of being the highest quality, highest nutritional value, and safest produce on the market.
Our farm is GAP/Harmonized Certified.
